vote. Part-time lecturers can vote at the office of the
department they belong to. Please be assured that voting
will not cause you any unfair treatment such as a

労働者代表とは、労働基準法やその他の関連法例に基づき、事
業所ごとに労働者によって選出され、超過勤務に関する協定*
、有給休暇、派遣労働などの課題について取り組む者をいいま
す。「従業員代表」とも呼ばれます。使用者が従業員に残業の命令をするためには、通称36（サブ
ロク）協定という、労基法第36条に定める協定を労働者代表と
の間で結ぶ必要があります。36協定が結ばれていなければ、残
業の命令は違法となります。What is a workers' representative? **
A workers' representative is someone who is nominated and
elected by employees in one workplace, to conclude
agreements about overtime work, paid holidays, terms of
dispatch employment, etc., according to the Labour
